Delivery and Returns

All of our pretzel breads are hand-rolled to order. To ensure your product arrives frozen, we only provide overnight shipping. Orders typically ship within 2 business days once your order is received. Due to the nature of the frozen products, we only ship Monday – Thursday. Deliveries do not occur on Saturday or Sunday.

All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. We offer service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct.

Pretzelmaker does not offer returns nor accepts refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped.

Our shipping partners are experiencing higher volumes of orders due to Covid-19, so there could be slight shipping delays.
