To enjoy the baking experience at home, you will receive frozen, raw dough preformed in a loaf baking container. Each loaf of bread is formed by hand to order using high quality ingredients. We allow the dough to proof to the perfect airy texture and then flash freeze it to preserve freshness. We ship the the frozen dough on dry ice so it arrives at the right temperature. Simply follow the easy baking instructions to enjoy your pretzel breads.

The dough is perishable so place the dough in the freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. Product may be “quick” thawed from frozen by leaving at room temperature for approximately 3 hours.

Remove pretzel bread from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove bread from plastic bag.
Place bread on the middle rack, leave in baking container.
Bake Everything bread for 25 -30 minutes.
Bake Pumpkin Cranberry bread for 35-45 minutes.
Bread should reach an internal temperature of 190°F.
Cool bread in loaf pan for approximately 10 minutes before cutting.
Best enjoyed while fresh and warm! Add melted butter for a delicious treat.

Assuming you have any left over, place product into a sealed plastic bag or plastic wrap. Store at room temperature up to 24-48 hours. Refresh in toaster oven.

Yes, the Pumpkin Cranberry Pretzel Bread has a crunchy almond topping.

They are also baked in a facility that produces items containing tree nuts and peanuts. If your recipient has a nut allergy, we recommend that our products are not consumed.

After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive several emails including order confirmation, when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.

All of our pretzel breads are hand-rolled to order. To ensure your product arrives frozen, we only provide overnight shipping. Orders typically ship within 2 business days once your order is received. Due to the nature of the frozen products, we only ship Monday – Thursday. Deliveries do not occur on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. We offer service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct.

Pretzel breads are shipped on dry ice to ensure they stay frozen. Your package might contain residual dry ice. Please keep away from children and pets. Do not ingest the dry ice. Follow instructions included in your box to properly handle, dispose and ventilate the dry ice.

All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. Currently, we only offer Standard Overnight service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping but can ship within the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.

Pretzelmaker does not offer returns nor accepts refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact PMcustomerservice@gfgmanagement.com with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We strive to ensure each order is baked and shipped to your satisfaction. However, if your order was incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by emailing PMcustomerservice@gfgmanagement.com with your name, order number and issue with your order. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Currently, you can only send gift boxes to one address per order. If you desire to send to multiple addresses, please contact us at PMcustomerservice@gfgmanagement.com for assistance.

Currently, the Pretzel Breads are only sold online.

At this time, orders for pretzel breads that are shipped are not eligible for rewards.

Once you order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Click the number in that email to track progress.

Yes, once you are in the Payment section, you will be able to add a message to your recipient that will be included on the shipping label.
